Roof Doctor started in 2011 as a locally owned and operated family business, quickly becoming one of Kelowna's most reputable roofing companies. We have grown to include a team of experienced employees that are educated in the latest products and technologies, in all areas of residential and commercial roofing. Our knowledgeable and strong sales team focuses on keeping our customers informed, educated and satisfied on all aspects of their roofing project from beginning to end , in addition to providing our customers with the choice of some of the leading product brands in the industry. Roof Doctor's fully experienced and equipped Quality Control and Service department is dedicated to maintaining a high standard in workmanship backed by our 10 year workmanship warranty, as well as our outstanding product warranties. We take pride in being one of the industry's leaders in job site safety and continue to grow our program with safety personnel, training, and resources. GENERAL MANAGER – HOWARD PFEFFERLE
With over forty years in the field, Howard approaches each project with in-depth and discerning experience. He entered the work force in 1977 in building materials and lumber sales. He carried on to be the BC Interior and West Kootenay region residential product Manufacturer Representative for one of the largest roofing manufacturer around the globe, IKO Industries. This was a natural transition for Howard as his energizing personality and versatile skills are an asset to a successful business.
PRESIDENT - RANDY EISTETTER
Randy joined Roof Doctor in early 2011 after selling his very successful HVAC business of 25 years, and making the decision to relocate to Kelowna. His experience as owner operator with his past company has lended him exceptional business knowledge. He is dedicated and committed to the staff and clients that contribute in making Roof Doctor one of the leading roofing companies in Kelowna.
PROJECT MANAGER – TRAVIS PFEFFERLE
Travis has over 15 years of roofing expertise and specializes in quoting and managing commercial projects and BUR roof systems. He works closely with builders, developers, architects and inspectors to ensure that Roof Doctor continues to be an industry leader by completing commercial projects on time and on budget.
SALES & ESTIMATING - DAVE FERGUSON
Originally from Edmonton, Dave brings over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry to our Company. Specializing in single family and multi-family projects, his previous roofing experience also includes installations, estimating, sales and operations management. His knowledge of both residential and commercial roofing products, and his quick friendly approach, is an asset to providing exceptional service to all of our customers, including homeowners, builders, architects and engineers.
ESTIMATOR – BRANDON PFEFFERLE
Brandon is the newest family member to be added to our team and is primarily responsible for reading and calculating new construction building plans, and also providing quotes to our residential and commercial customers and builders for all roofing projects. His diverse background and knowledge of computers, programming and troubleshooting makes him a valuable asset to our company.
SAFETY COMPLIANCE OFFICER - JAMES THOMPSON

Born and raised in Kelowna, James has over 15 years construction experience in the Okanagan. His time spent as both a supervisor for various construction firms and educator at Okanagan College lends him a keen eye for safety. His experience and education in safety make him an integral part of the safety program at Roof Doctor.

IAN OLIVE
Ian joined our team in 2019, after several years of running his own successful roofing business. In addition to his vast knowledge, expertise and high quality installations of metal roofing, flashings, and torch-on membranes, he is also strategically located in the North Okanagan area.
