Howard Pfefferle and Ken Langton are co-owners and the original founders of CDN Roof Doctor Ltd. Both partners have over 50 years of combined experience in the construction and roofing industries.

Howard has worked in the construction industry since 1983 and has extensive roofing materials product knowledge having spent several years working for the largest roofing manufacturer in the world, IKO Industries Inc., as their Residential Representative for the B.C. Interior Region. After leaving his position with IKO in May 2005, Howard began working for a local roofing company and soon became their top achieving salesman selling residential, commercial and large project size roofing systems to the retail market. Howard resigned his sales position in January 2008 and co-founded CDN Roof Doctor Ltd.

Ken has also worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He has a wide variety of knowledge and experience from building basements to framing houses. Ken began his career in his family’s contracting business and then branched out on his own in 1996, specializing in roofing products and installation. During Ken’s construction career, he has managed large crews, has overseen safety procedures and made certain the project gets done right and on time. Prior to co-founding CDN Roof Doctor Ltd., Ken operated his own successful local roofing business K. Langton Contracting. Ken has continually set higher than industry standards that has earned him a reputation for quality and assurance throughout the Okanagan Valley.
